Description
Park City was the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics! My condo is located at the base of Utah's newest and largest mountain resort, The Canyons.
Enjoy mountain views, fireplace, full kitchen, cable (25") TV with a VCR. The bedroom has a king-size bed with telephone and answering machine. In the front room, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed. There is an armoire for extra clothes storage. For the comfort of all our guests, this is a non-smoking accommodation.
A short walk across the parking lot leads to the clubhouse, which includes, laundry facilities, two full-size swimming pools (one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis courts. Downtown Park City is 2.5 miles south with shopping, 80+ restaurants, and cultural activities (Sundance Film Festival).
For the "Greatest Snow On Earth," winter activities include: skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. In the summer, enjoy mild, sunny weather with great golf courses, hiking trails, and mountain biking.
ADDITONAL RENTAL TERMS:
* A deposit of half the total rental amount is due immediately to reserve dates.
* The remainder of the rental amount is due two weeks before arrival date.
* A reservation confirmation contract will be sent to you upon receiving deposit.
* All prices include tax.
* Two night minimum.
