This first floor unit with wall-to-wall carpet includes king-size(master)/queen-size/two twins(2nd room)/sleeper sofa(livingroom), four TVs, walk-in closets, 1550 square feet, this condominium has it all! Pots, pans, linens, VCR, cordless phone, microwave, cable TV, blender, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, and garbage disposal.
After a day filled with activity, relax and enjoy a little self indulgence in the gourmet restaurant, with air-conditioned lounge and Tiki Bar overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Beach is a one minute walk away but not visable from within the unit.
Activities that can be planned off property include charter fishing trips, manatee observation tours, sunset cruises along Indian River, evening casino cruises, turtle nesting tours, old ship diving, parasailing, and jet skis. Just a short drive to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and many attractions in Orlando, and the Miami or Palm Beach attractions. Acts of God or Government that alter conditions are not guaranteed by owner. For example: rain, Large waves, cold weather, Road construction in area. This ad represents one unit, but other units are available. Larger parties may need to split due to occupancy limits.
