Upstairs, the living, dining room and kitchen are open and connected—great for large gatherings or intimate conversations in front of the fireplace. Tasteful, contemporary furnishings, Persian rugs and original art, make this a perfect home for a vacation getaway.

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with new stainless steel appliances, double oven, espresso and coffee makers, Cuisinart, microwave, waffle and bread maker, new pots and pans and elegant dishes to accommodate large groups.

The master bedroom suite on the first floor is wheelchair accessible, complete with Jacuzzi tub, new TV and king sized bed. All four spacious, romantic bedrooms on the lower floor have queen beds with high thread count sheets, great mattresses and walk-in closets. Two of these bedrooms overlook the mountains.

Downstairs, the rec room has another 27” TV with DVD player, card table, stair-stepper, extensive library, games and sleeper sofa.

From a custom gas fireplace in the living room, high end sound system with over 200 movies and in-house massage available, make your vacation one of luxury and comfort. Everything is spotlessly clean and in perfect working order.

Heavenly Valley lifts are only minutes away, casinos and the Lake nearby. Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe are only 30:00 away. Easy access from the Bay Area or Silicon Valley—40:00 closer than comparable Nevada locations! Free Heavenly Valley and Sierra-at Tahoe ski shuttles, within walking distance.

The setting is sublime with no one on either side. Sitting in the hot tub with the snow falling on you, gazing at the mountains is indescribable...
