You'll see Bald Eagles, Osprey, Canadian Geese and Harbor Seals.. A writer’s dream retreat. An historic fishing town, where Frank Herbert, Ken Kesey, and many poets, including owner, have honed their inspirations.
What we love about this place
The cozy upstairs bedroom has a King size bed w/magneeto matress, a balcony, and a darling little wood stove. Also upstairs, the full bathroom, a laundry room with with a full size washer and dryer, and a large closet. The living room, kitchen and dining area is one large room with amazing views and comfortable furnishings. Plus there's a 1/2 bath downstairs as well. There is a well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook.. Microwave, Small Convection Oven, frost free refrigerator, Jenn-Aire cook top w/grille and a dishwasher.
This darling place is only 3 blocks from Old Town Florence, so you can easily stroll to wonderful restaurants, quaint shopping, and art galleries. There is an attached garage, and you'll also find 2 bicycles with helmets for your tootling-around-town pleasure. The perfect place for kayakers, toss them in the river and go.
