Our estate is about 4 km from the town centre of SCIACCA and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 50,000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive trees.
A choice of four modern, apartments situated on the first floor of the owners' villa. All apartments are fully equipped with SAT-TV, Hi-Fi, fridge, toaster, heating, air conditioning, fans, garden furniture. Linen and towels are changed weekly. All guests have the use of a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and the internet to check or send emails. The villa's owners live on the ground floor.
The area is extremely quiet and peaceful with stunning views of countryside, remote enough that you rarely hear any noise but the sounds of birds singing. There are excellent walking opportunities in the hilly countryside (there are almost no fences here and the farmers encourage you to go where you like).

Casa Fontana Calda is situated at the bottom of the San Calogero mountain which is famous for its natural hot springs, good for rheumatism & neuralgia therapy. The apartments are only 4 km from the sea & the town centre of Sciacca.
Within few minutes drive there are restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarkets, a post office, hairdressers, cinemas, museum, churches and other visitor attractions. Within ten-minutes drive you will reach the finest beaches.

Nearby Activities
SCIACCA (ca.40.000 inhabitants) is situated in the middle of the ancient Greek temples itinerary, on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento. It's one of the oldest towns in the island. Sciacca is noted mostly for its Thermal Spa complex, it's beautiful beaches, and it's numerous artisan shops which specialize in ceramic ware.
Within few minutes drive you will find restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarkets, post office, hairdressers, cinemas, museum, churches and other visitor attractions. Within ten-minutes drive you will reach the finest beaches (rocks or sand, as you like).
There is an abundance of good, reasonably priced eating establishments in the area. These include pizzerias and restaurants. Anything from the plain and reasonably priced, to the more sophisticated palate are catered for. Public thermal swimming pool, 10 minutes far.
From Sciacca you can easily reach the most important sightseeing of Sicily in approximately 1 hour drive:
