Upstairs there are two large bedrooms (each with a double and single bed) and a bathroom. The house is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD and all dishes, bedding and towels.
This exceptional property is located about 3 miles from the town centre. It's very private, about 1/4 of an acre on a quiet cul-de-sac and is completely landscaped with flowers, mature trees and a large lawn leading down a gradual slope to 90 ft. of private, sand beach. There's an anchor and buoy for securing a boat.
This area is a golfer's paradise boasting a 36 hole course 5 mins. away, as well as two 18 hole courses and two 9 hole courses 20 mins. away.
We limit the number of occupants at any one time to 8 and sorry, no pets.
What we love about this place
Osoyoos is located on the only desert in Canada and boasts the warmest climate and the warmest lake. The winters are usually snow free except for the nearby ski hill that offers great powder skiing.
