Our 2 Bedroomed ground floor, end apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard. Situated on a small development in the up and coming area of Nabq. Recent winner of the Arabian properties award for "Best Development in Egypt 2006.
The apartment is fitted with 3 POWERFUL, SILENT AIR CONDITIONING UNITS. ESENTIAL FOR MOST OF THE YEAR. It is set in attractive landscaped gardens overlooking a large pool with sun loungers and plenty of seating areas provided, a poolside bar, "HOTSPOTZ" serving hot and cold snacks and soft drinks.
There is access to a furnished roof terace with views over the sea and Tiran Island with the Sinai mountains to the rear. An ideal place to watch the spectacular sunsets.
A full length private terrace furnished with sofa, chairs and table making a very useful extra living space.
Bedroom 1 has king size bed with sliding doors leading to the terrace, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, large mirror with vanity unit and hairdryer.
Twin room 2 single beds with ample wardrobes and storage and mirror unit. Both have a/c unit.
Well furnished lounge with sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player, lamps, wall lights, cushions giving a very relaxed and comfortable feel.
Open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, full oven and 4 ring hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, everything you could require for a self catering holiday.
Bathroom with granite topped vanity unit, wc/bidet, bath with over bath shower.
The complex has a small supermarket and laundry room with large supermarket a short distance away.

Rate
£200 per week UK Sterling based on up to 4 people sharing. For each additional person up to a maximum occupancy of 6 please add £30 per person per week.
£50 non refundable deposit payable on booking with balance payble 6 weeks before date of arrival
Rate includes electricity, water, cleaning before you arrive and laundry at the end of your stay.
No further laundry or housekeeping is included but a laundry room is available should you require it. Alternatively, laundry can be arranged through admin.
For other rates please enquire, discounts can be offered for longer stays.

Where to Eat
You have so much choice when it comes to eating. The new town of Nabq is just 5 minutes ride away and here you will find several restaurants, supermarket and designer shops.
Naama Bay is 15 minutes away and is the centre of night life in the area with so many restaurants to choice from , Egyptian, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, even KFC and Pizza hut. Visit Old Sharm which still retains a real Egyptian feel and this is where the local people shop and eat out.
It is easy to get around the area. Try the local mini-bus. There are no bus stops just put out your hand to stop one. They are very frequent and it should not cost you any more than 2LE (20P) to Nabq or 5LE (50p) to Naama Bay. Alternatively, taxis are widely available.

The 5* Sea Club Hotel is within easy walking distance, all the facilities of the hotel are available for a small charge including pools, gym, sun loungers restaurants, entertainment, shops and of course the beautiful beach. This facility is aalso offered at Sharks Bay and the Regency hotel. Both are a short ride away and transport is included in the beach charge.
The area of the Red Sea is world known as a paradise for scuba divers to experience the natural coral reefs and marine life. You do not have to be a diver, however, to experience this.... a mask and snorkel will do just as well.
Quad biking, horse riding, camel trekking, bowling, ice skating, aqua park, golf course are all available in the surrounding area.
