This new luxury villa offers a fabulous and very spacious gourmet kitchen adjoining the living and dining area, a computer-equipped office, a breezy covered patio area, and three air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The king master suite is enhanced by a large and lavish master bath with a romantic Jacuzzi tub for two, mirrored walls, a deluxe multi-jet shower and a dressing room. French doors lead out to the covered patio with cathedral ceiling and to the sunny pool deck and gazebo. The second bedroom/bath suite is across the patio for excellent privacy, and the third, very separate air-conditioned bedroom/bath with its own Jacuzzi tub is at the end of Swallow Villa's blue-tiled pool in its own private pavilion. An exotic hardwood staircase leads to the pavilion's air-conditioned lower level and an exercise area with workout equipment and a sitting room. Wonderfully decorated and equipped, Swallow Villa is situated right across the street from the beach, near neighborhood restaurants and a mini-market, and is just a short drive to famous Grand Anse Beach, shops, airport, and to Grenada's historic and picturesque capital, St. George's. And it's well situated to catch cool tropical breezes and offers lovely sunset views of Prickly Bay and yachts at anchor. Merle, Swallow Villa's housekeeper and an excellent cook, is on hand to prepare delicious meals (you buy the groceries) and to make your Grenada holiday relaxing and carefree...you'll find her warm, friendly and accommodating. Upon your arrival, your first evening's dinner with wine will await you, and well as a welcome basket with breakfast items. Rental Notes:
A SEVEN-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED AT SWALLOW VILLA ALL YEAR AROUND, EXCEPT FOR THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S PERIOD, THEN THE MINIMUM RENTAL IS 14-NIGHTS.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS ARE ALLOWED IN THE EXERCISE AREA AT ANY TIME.
MAID AND LAUNDRY SERVICE, PLUS COOKING 3 MEALS PER DAY ARE ALL INCLUDED IN SWALLOW VILLA'S RENTAL RATES ABOVE, MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS, AND UNTIL NOON ON SATURDAYS. By your advance arrangement, Merle is also available for babysitting at $5 U.S. per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at $7 U.S. per hour additional charge. Merle is at Swallow Villa after 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, and until noon on Saturdays. When you arrive and are settled in Swallow Villa, Merle will gladly go grocery shopping with you and help you plan the meals you wish her to cook for you.
