Bedding is a King in the master, Queen plus a set of bunks in the second bedroom, and Captains bunks (Queen/Twin) in the third.

The main floor features an open-plan living room with gas fireplace, dining room, breakfast bar, and fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floor. The vaulted ceiling throughout adds to the feel of spaciousness in this 1500 square foot unit. An up-to-date entertainment system comprises TV, DVD player and CD system with additional speakers hooked up for enhanced sound quality. Wireless internet access is a bonus feature.

Three decks (one with BBQ grill), in-unit washer & dryer and 1-car garage offer added value, and guests even have the convenience of clubhouse facilities at Silverado II - literally steps away. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, hot-tubs, sauna, workout room and games room on offer.

Located near the railroad tracks, the rumble of passing trains can be heard from time to time, but is certainly not obtrusive and even (primarily for the kids) provides for some fun deck-viewing!
