Air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer in a separate room inside the apartment.
Pharmacy and numerous food shops, including a, at 2 min by foot on the Mont-Royal avenue (greengrocery, fish shop, sausage shop, bakery, butcher shop, chocolate shop, pastry shop all next door one from another) where you can find a wide variety of fresh food, including organic products, and ready-made dishes. Supermarket at 7 min by foot. Cafés and restaurants of all kind close by. Bus stops to reach subway stations Mont-Royal and Laurier at 2 min by foot. Subway stations at 15 min by foot. Parking easy in the street in front of the building.
What we love about this place
Perfectly located and flooded with light, this apartment is the reflection of its famous district: warm and full of cachet. The eastern area of the Plateau is the historical French-Canadian neighbourhood the famous writer Michel Tremblay is writing about in his novels. The surroundings and the building are quiet and safe (entrance secured by an intercom) while close to urban delights and an exciting variety of activities for all.
