The seasons:
Low January 4th - March 31st and December 1st - December 19th
Mid April 1st - June 30th and September 1st - November 30th
High July 1st - August 31st and December 20th - January 3rd. Also Easter is in high season.

A non refundable booking fee of £100/$200 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150/$250 is also required 8 weeks before departure. This will be refunded approximately 2 weeks after your return, providing no damage has been reported by the management company.

Inside the villa is fully air-conditioned and also has the benefit of ceiling fans. There are 5 cable TVs, a CD/radio portable unit, a DVD player, lots of CDs, lots of books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with ice maker. A large washer and dryer are located in the garage.

Within 10 minutes walk are the 2 supermarkets of Winn Dixie and Walmart. Also in the same locality is a bank and a Dollar store. Just across the road from the community are several restaurants as well as Macdonalds, Burger King, Checkers and Taco Bell.

Disney World, Universal, Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens and both coasts are all within easy reach.
