DESCRIPTION
Doral Woods is a beautiful new exclusive development situated just south of Kissimmee, and only 20 minutes from the main gates of Disney, and around an hour from the miles and miles of beautiful beaches at St. Petersburg or Daytona. Doral Woods is a small development of less than 250 homes surrounded by green belt zones. The complex itself contains a floodlit tennis court, a sparkling community pool and a peaceful setting to add to your recreation, relaxation and peace of mind.

The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority.

The villa is around 25 minutes from Orlando International airport, 60 minutes from Sanford airport and only 10 minutes from the many and varied shops, restaurants and supermarkets in Kissimmee. Close by there is a beautiful nature reserve, horse riding, fishing and golfing facilities.

Situated on a quarter acre lot, this luxury, four bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned villa is fully carpeted and comfortably furnished for up to 10 people. Two of the bedrooms have been furnished with double Queen size beds, the other two bedrooms (one having a Disney theme) contain twin beds. In one of the two living areas there is a double (Queen) bed settee. There is also a formal dining area and, adjoining the fully fitted kitchen, a breakfast area.

Between the double garage and the kitchen is a utility room containing sink, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The home is well equipped with bed linen, towels (you only need bring your beach towels), flannels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils plus iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen contains a fridge freezer with icemaker, cooker with extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Two Televisions have been installed, one in the Master Bedroom the other in the lounge. Both have been set up to receive Cable Television – different channels can be viewed simultaneously.

The larger than average pool and deck area is at the rear of the property which faces South West and therefore gets the benefit of the sun throughout the day. The pool can be heated all the year round if necessary. The deck area is equipped with pool furniture and loungers for relaxing in the warm evenings. There is also a barbecue. The pool deck area is totally screened in fine mesh to let the sun in and keep the insects out.
