Walk though the main entrance door, into the large open plan living area and a spectacular vista of the Gulf of Mexico awaits you through the large glass slider doors. Relax in inviting comfortable sofas which are covered in glorious tropical fabrics. Step out through the slider doors and enjoy an evening cocktail at sunset on the large deck with steps that lead directly down onto the soft, white sugar sands. The dining area has seating for six should you decide to eat in and prepare some of Florida’s delicious seafood for yourself such as the delicious stone crab. This could be accompanied by fresh asparagus grown in nearby Sarasota, followed by a selection of tropical fruits, all washed down with freshly squeezed juices from oranges or grapefruits grown in the nearby mainland groves. Divided from living area by a good size breakfast bar, the kitchen area is fitted with natural maple wood cabinetry. The appliances include dishwasher, range, large refrigerator/freezer and waste disposal. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry room with large washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms all have new carpets and thick, comfortable mattresses topped by beautiful linens and colorful quilts. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and enjoys its own en-suite bathroom with double vanity, toilet and brand new large tiled double shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 has a bath tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Bathrooms are supplied with freshly laundered towels. Telephone, paddle fans, stereo, cable television and video. Sleeper sofa in living area. Children are welcome, but sorry absolutely no pets allowed. Sleeps 2 – 6,
