Middle Floor
The open plan living area is right next door to a sun-filled kitchen equipped with ceramic top range, large refrigerator/freezer, over the range microwave/extractor system and separate laundry room. A door leads off from the kitchen onto a balcony so you can enjoy breakfast or that first cup of coffee in the fresh air. All the furnishings are excellent quality and brand new. The living area has a good size dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas to relax in after a hard day on the beach and large slider doors that lead out onto yet another larger balcony over looking the pool area. (a staircase from this balcony leads down to the pool).
Bedroom 3/Den leads off from the living area with comfortable bunk beds to accommodate 2 guests.
Upper floor
The upper floor is split into two great bedroom suites, both with their own bathrooms and balconies. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi spa bath/shower and a splendid king size bed topped with quality linens. Across the upper hallway Bedroom 2 has a shower bathroom.
The dual system quiet central air conditioning can e individually controlled on each floor. Color TV, ceiling paddle fans and phone access in every room.
Situated approximately 3 minutes stroll from the glorious white sand beaches and just a minute from the waters of the bay where you can fish, picnic or enjoy watching the sailboats. Close to all facilities - doctor, dentist, bank, supermarket/grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, café and other shops all within nearby easy walking distance.
