Each villa is set in its own private lusciously landscaped gardens with native palms, flowering hibiscus, oleanders and night scented jasmine. Swim or relax beside your very own swimming pool.
Enter your beautiful vacation home via your own brick paved driveway, through hand made decorative wrought iron gates.A large garage provides undercover parking with an electronically operated garage door on the ground floor of the villa to keep your vehicle cool and easily accessible during your stay. An interior stairway leads from the garage up to the living area.
Alternatively, from the front of the villa, stairs lead to the main entranceway. The front door opens into a magnificent open plan living area with warm golden honey colored hardwood maple wood floors imported from Canada and furnishings from the Carolinas. A few steps lead down to the sunken sitting area where guests can relax, chat or enjoy a movie. Large slider doors lead from the living area onto one of the villa’s balconies where you can enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while watching Florida’s fabulous sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils. . There is a separate laundry with a large washer and dryer.
On this floor, the third bedroom/den overlooks the swimming pool/garden. It has 2 thick, sumptuous twin beds and the bathroom has shower, washbasin & toilet.
A staircase leads from the living area to the upper hallway and to the two master bedroom suites.
Bedroom Suite 1 has a king size bed, alarge en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and its own private balcony
Bedroom suite 2 is situated in the front tower of the building and steps lead down to a king size bedroom. It has a walk through dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and double vanity.
From the upper hallway a door leads out to the rooftop viewing terrace.
TV/VCR in each bedroom and TV/VCR in the living area. Ceiling paddle fans in every room. Telephone/fax/answerphone in the living area with extra phone points in each bedroom in case you wish to bring a laptop. Whisper quiet dual central air conditioning systems. One system for the upper floor which serves the bedrooms and a completely separate system for the living area, allowing guests to regulate temperatures easily to maintain a cool and comfortable living environment even in the warmest weather. Freshly laundered towels and linens are provided for your arrival by our housekeeper. Each villa has a CD stereo player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The private swimming pool is solar heated and the water is treated with the latest ultra violet sterilization techniques which means that a very low chlorine content needs to be maintained. The pool area is brick paved and has loungers, patio table and chairs, swing seat.and barbecue grill.
