Tucked away behind the villa you can relax in the garden on a shady swing seat beside your own private solar heated swimming pool, or lay back and soak up the Florida sunshine on the loungers. The pool water is treated by ultra violet sterilization and therefore has low chlorine content.
Wander through the entryway and ascend the solid oak staircase leading to the spacious living area. A glass door leads out onto a saltillo tiled balcony/deck area; perfect for al fresco dining or watching the Gulf Coast of Florida's famous sunsets. In the living room, sink into either of two 3-seater comfortable 8-way hand tied sofas covered with a glorious fabric and scattered with loads of plump pillows. Bedroom 3/Den leads off from the living area with comfortable pillow-top bunk beds and hand stitched quilts. Adjacent is the third shower bathroom.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom suite has a 4 poster king size bed, with a deep, thick mattress and luxurious high quality bed linens. Laze in the comfortable chaise looking out of the glass slider doors towards the bay or enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your own private balcony. Large walk-in closet. Own bathroom with jacuzzi style spa bath, separate shower and Victorian type fixtures including two wash hand basins.
Across the upper hallway, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed topped with a beautiful quilt, built in closet and its own private shower bathroom. Adjoining this bedroom is access to another small balcony with views down over the swimming pool.
The dual system quiet central air conditioning can be individually controlled on each floor. Color TV, ceiling paddle fans and phone access are in every room.
Situated approximately 3 minutes stroll from the glorious white sand beaches and a couple of minutes from the bay where you can fish, picnic or enjoy watching the sailboats. Close to all facilities -- doctor, dentist, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, cafe and other shops all within nearby easy walking distance.
