4 bedrooms and a private 32' pool and only 400 yards to the beautiful beach's New Smyrna has to offer, this house includes 4 bikes so you can ride the beautiful trails right on toward the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area for the family to enjoy.
This house sleeps up-to 12 it has 2 full bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The private pool area is a great place to grill out on the gas grill or float in the 31 foot pool and 4 bikes are at the house so you can ride on the bike trail it goes for miles along the wetland preserve across from the house, or take a ride to the beach (about 400 yards). The living room as you walk in the front door has a cable TV and a full size futon there are 2 bedrooms to your right as you walk in one with a king size bed and a cable TV the other with a full size bed and Cable TV also a full bathroom by those bedrooms, the other bedroom is to your left as you walk in the front door it has a full size bed and a beautiful stained glass window. Enjoy dinner in the dinning room that sits 8 people comfortably, next to the dinning room is a kitchen then as you walk to the back of the house there is a Florida room with cable TV and VCR that faces the pool and a small bedroom with a bathroom and washer and dryer off the Florida room.
