Brief Description: This 6,000 square foot, five bedroom mountain lodge, built in 1996, is an exceptional Big Sky home and is perfect for a family reunion or a gathering of friends. It has plenty of space and is close to everything that Big Sky Resort has to offer--from fishing, hiking, river rafting, horseback riding and golf in the summer, to nordic and alpine skiing, snowmobiling and snow shoeing in the winter.
General location and setting: The Noel Home enjoys an extremely private location as it is one of just eight homes located on a couple hundred acres protected by a conservation easement, away from all the activity around the busy ski area at Big Sky Resort. The access to the home is a 1.5 mile long private road. You will love the privacy of this location yet the convenience of being so close to great biking, hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, and the central location between Bozeman and Yellowstone National Park.
Style and decor: The home is artistically decorated with tasteful furnishings that reflect the beauty of the surrounding woods and mountains. In the living room there are two large log posts—with the bark still on! Much of the furniture is wooden and many of the beds are made of willow and log, and the exceptional dining table and chairs were made by the owner’s sister. All the floors are either stone, tile or hardwood.

The home rents for $4200 per week during summer, and $3800 to $4600 per week during ski season. Over the holidays, the rental rate is $5500 per week. At other times of the year, the rate is $3300 to $3600 per week. Please inquire regarding longer or shorter stays.
