The property of Borgo Sambuco lies in the hills between Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, surrounded by fertile vegetation in a peaceful secluded area overlooking an artificial lake at 6km from Valfabbrica. This ancient mansion and the adjacent buildings have been recently renovated and tastefully furnished in the traditional local style, while bearing in mind modern requirements of comfort. The villa occupies 3 floors; on the ground floor is the living area, with spacious living rooms, kitchen and dining-room, while the upper floors are given over to sleeping areas, where all the bedrooms have got private bathroom. Dishwasher, washing-machine, TV, telephone and heating (on consumption). Outside, as well as ample private garden areas and a covered veranda, there is a private 5x12m pool with solarium and an apparatus to maintain a constant water temperature, a bowls-court. A conference-room equipped for about 60 people, in one of the annexes, is available on request. (If occupied by up to 12 persons guests may use only the ground floor and the first floor of the villa). Shop 6 km, railway station Bastia 15 km. Tennis 6 km.
