La Resinera is a very pleasant complex beside the sea with lots of facilities to keep both adults and children amused. There is a well laid out golf course across the road and within a five mile radius there are at least ten others including some of the most well-known courses in Spain. There are also excellent quality tennis courts beside the golf course and a riding stables. There is
boat hire on the beach at the five-star Las Dunas Hotel next door. On the complex there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops. The complex is called El Pirata and consists of about 80 bungalows and 100 apartments. These are entirely in private ownership.
