Absorb the beauty of the sights, sounds and smells of the sea from our own sand and pebble beach or amble down our down our lane for 2 minutes and arrive at a all but deserted world class white sand beach.
Absolutely amazing 270 degree views of the open ocean, the waves breaking on the reef, Frying Pan Island and its scenic lighthouse and the birds, seals and other wildlife that abound can be found outdoors or in the spacious sun room. Our own saltwater pond provides a perfect spot for safe adventures for children, such as learning to kayak. A glorious pine cathedral ceiling crowns the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The comfortable furnishings and ocean views and invite relaxation.

Groomed paths lead to the saltwater pond and your own private sand and pebble beach, offering endless opportunities for swimming, beach combing, exploring the rocks and
tidal pools, beach campfires, bird spotting (e.g. eagles, cormorants, osprey, sea ducks,piping plovers) and animal watching (e.g. seals, foxes, rabbits, raccoons). An all-but-deserted world class white sand beach is a two minute stroll down our private lane.

* The beaches and villages of the south shore, including Lunenburg, a UNESCO world heritage site, are just moments away. Experience a step back in time with the warm hospitality, unique shops antiques,
