The house "Njes" is situated in a quite area, about 600 meter from the first beach, Water sport-, diving centre, restaurants and Cafe Bars.

It has two apartments separated by doors and a small floor.

The apartments are furnished for 2-4 persons (two adults + 2 children). Each apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom/shower/WC and a living room with a sleeping couch, sitting possibility for four persons, a small kitchen, cable TV and air conditioning.

One of the apartments has a large terrace in front. From the apartments You can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea and Cavtat. The owner would be glad to give You to use a barbecue if You wish.

All prices include consumption of water and electricity, bed linen, towels and tail end.
By stay in less than 4 nights, we calculate 30% to the price.

To this prices we have to calculate 1 € extra for one person/day for a sojourn tax. Children under 10 years doesn't pay the tax.
For Your pet You have to pay 2,00 Euro/day.
