Unit includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, sauce pans. Everything you should need.
Comfortable lobby with fireplaces. We also have an elevator. You'll appreciate that after a long day on the slopes!! Sorry no pets, no smoking inside condo please. Coin Laundry facilites.
Heated outdoor pool,indoor hot tub. Free underground parking lot or outdoor parking lot. This condo is even just steps from the free bus route to resorts, town, etc. Use this free complimentary transit system or walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, food, shopping, movies and shops. The free bus
runs from morning until night. Also, very convienent, next door at Marriott is a ski shop, bike rentals, restaurant and club. Many others within a few minutes walk.

Vacation Rental Rates
March 27 - Nov 14 (Low) $ 65/night or $400/week. **OR $550/month for 2 or more months. (make offer for longer stays during this time period)
Nov 15 - Dec 18 (Early Ski) $100/night or $575/week.
Dec 19 - Jan 4 (Holiday) $175/night or $1000/week.
Jan 20 - Jan 30 (Sundance) $175/night or $1000/week.
Feb 12 - Feb 17 (Valentine) $175/night or $1000/week.
Jan 5 - March 26 (unless above) $125/night or $700/week.
3 night minimum or slight increase in rate. Will consider 1-2 nights rental. Rates subject to change until confirmed.
Add 10.35% tax to rates. $60.00 exit cleaning fee. Daily cleaning can be arranged if you desire, for an additional fee. There is a $300 refundable security deposit required to hold your reservation & confirm your dates. Make offer for monthly or longer stays.
