These days, it seems that the By Owner Vacation Rentals market is growing at an alarming pace. A Google search for “vacation rental website“ returned almost 33 million results and searching for “vacation rental listing” found 14.8 million results. From mass market vacation rental sites attempting to fit a huge variety of rentals into one mold to niche sites targeting just one or two locations, owners have a smorgasbord of options for advertising rentals by owner. But how to know which site is the best for the needs of a particular property? Sifting through this enormous mountain of options to narrow down the choices is a daunting task that many vacation rental owners just don’t have time for.
