OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Contest is managed by ScenicRentals LLC. Eligibility: Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons age 18 and older who are Fans of ScenicRentals.com on Facebook. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any individual submitting an entry on behalf of a another person represents and warrants that he/she is authorized to submit an entry on behalf of such person. Our employees, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in their household, whether or not related) are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: You may enter the contests by becoming a Fan of ScenicRentals on Facebook. All entries become the exclusive property of ScenicRentals.com and will not be acknowledged or returned. The contests will be open for an undetermined period of time and may be canceled at anytime at ScenicRentals’ sole discretion with or without notice. In the case of our picture contest, you must upload a photo of someone holding something that has ScenicRentals.com written on it (ie sign, paper, written on arm, etc).  The entry period for pictures runs from 8:00 PM, EST on March 14, 2010 through 11:59 PM, EST on March 20, 2010. The picture will be accepted by ScenicRentals.com if deemed appropriate for general publication (family friendly) and will be then be posted on our Facebook page on March 21, 2010.

Determination of Winner: The winner of our photo contest will be the person who has the most “like’s” for their picture on our Facebook Fan page by the indicated contest end date/time.  Any type of scripting, robot controls, or such to aquire “likes” will result in the entry being disqualified.

In the event of a tie, the winners will equally divide the prize. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible participants. Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of posting the winning location and must claim their prize by email within 14 days of that notification by replying to the email notification. Prize check will be mailed or issued through PayPal within 14 days of receipt of prizewinner’s claim. ScenicRentals LLC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or unsuccessful efforts to notifiy winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize within 14 days of notification, the contest will start over. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

Condition:  By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the ecisions of ScenicRentals LLC, which shall be final. ScenicRentals LLC agents and representatives of ScenicRentals LLC, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for : (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of ScenicRentals LLC that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. ScenicRentals LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel contest at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security  or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to release and hold ScenicRentals LLC and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of ScenicRentals LLC, its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless frm any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest.
